Kevin Trudeau’s Products through ITV
Kevin Trudeau is, without a doubt, charismatic, and he possesses excellent marketing skills. I ordered the “Natural Cures Revealed” on July 21, 2007 with an additional $9.95 fee for expedited delivery. The entity that handled this transaction was ITV. The person who took my order said that it would take three days as opposed to 2-4 weeks.
After not receiving the book in three days, I contacted ITV for status. Its customer service is absolutely the worst. I must have waited at least 30 minutes, and I finally hung up.
When I received the book approximately two weeks later, the invoice indicated that I had signed up for the Newsletter Website @$9.95 per month. I know that I specifically declined this offer.
I called on August 16, 2007 regarding the expedited delivery fee and the Newsletter Website. I called (978-299-2298) and waited no less than 24 minutes straight before anyone answered.
Kevin Trudeau needs to partner up with someone else than ITV !
